As a business owner, there’s a good chance you already have a list of topics you want to cover. However, if you get stuck, we’re happy to brainstorm with you and help you come up with a list of potential topics. This is included in your initial set-up fee.

Every client is different, and you can choose how much you want to be involved. If you would like, you’re welcome to provide a rough draft or links to sample articles. Some clients like to provide bulleted lists of their thoughts while others prefer to leave all the research up to us. We’re flexible and will work with you in whatever way you’re most comfortable.

Upon request, we will provide one copyright-free (CC0) image for each blog post. The cost is $10 per image for one-time orders and $5 per image for monthly orders.

Yes! As long as you have a WordPress site, we’re happy to log into the back end and post your blogs for you. This includes posting the content and featured image, choosing the appropriate category, and adding a meta description, tags, and an excerpt (as appliable). The cost is $10 per post for one-time orders and $5 per post for monthly orders.

Yes! We often help clients polish up content they’ve already created. This may include light proofreading or in-depth editing. The cost will vary depending on the amount of work required. Contact us to discuss your request and we’ll provide you with a free quote.

We strongly recommend planning your content out at least three months in advance. This will help you keep the “big picture” in mind and ensure you have time to plan for upcoming holidays, launches, and other events. Consistency is also key! Scheduling your posts out a few months at a time will also help ensure that you don’t fall behind.

When writing content for a business, it’s important that we get to know your brand. This allows us to create a unique “brand voice,” which we will use each time we write for you. During your initial set-up, we’ll communicate with you several times by phone, email, and/or through your client portal. We’ll also help you brainstorm your first three months of topics and create a content calendar.

For monthly packages, you’re free to cancel or downgrade any time after the initial 3-month period by using our cancelation form. Once the form is received, we’ll finish any work that is in process and you’ll be responsible for paying for the work you receive. After that, you will not receive any additional invoices from us.

For one-time orders, you may also submit a cancelation form. However, work that has already been started may not be canceled. We will deliver the work as promised and you will be responsible for paying for all of the content you receive.
